E-RICE.net hosting service may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of International, Federal or State regulation is prohibited. If you are found in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, your account will be terminated immediately without notice, and you will forfeit all payments that have been made to E-RICE.net.

VIOLATIONS OF E-RICE.net ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

The following constitute violations of this AUP:

1. Illegal use: E-RICE.net hosting services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. We reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.

2. Threats & Harassment: Use of E-RICE.net hosting service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting, etc.) that threatens or harasses others.

3. Unsolicited bulk e-mail (SPAM): Use of E-RICE.net service to transmit unsolicited bulk e-mails is expressly prohibited. Violations of this type will result in immediate termination of the offending account.

4. Copyright or trademark infringement: Use of E-RICE.net hosting service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting, etc.) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software.

5. Network disruptions and unfriendly activity: Use of E-RICE.net hosting service for any activity which affects the ability of other people or systems to use E-RICE.net Services. We will not tolerate any member attempting to access the accounts of others, or penetrate security measures of systems, whether or not the intrusion results in corruption or loss of data.

6. Fraud: Involves a knowing misrepresentation or misleading statement, writing or activity made with the intent that the person receiving it will act upon it.

7. Adult Content: Adult content or links to adult content are not permitted on E-RICE.net servers.

8. Third Party Accountability: E-RICE.net members will be held responsible for any activity by third parties, using their accounts, that violates this Acceptable Use Policy.

We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this AUP at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted on our Forum.
